Cancellation & refunds

What you get back when plans change, and how far ahead you need to tell us.

Court bookings

Refund by how far ahead of your start time you cancel a court booking
When you cancelWhat you get back
24 hours or more before startA full refund, back to however you paid. If you used wallet credit at checkout, that part returns to your wallet and the rest goes back to your card.
Between 24 and 2 hours before startHalf of what you paid, as wallet credit. Nothing goes back to your card.
Under 2 hours before start, or after it beganNo automatic refund. Talk to the Pickleland front desk — staff can make an exception when something genuinely went wrong.

Your booking page shows which of these applies before you confirm, so you never have to work it out from this table. Cancel from your bookings.

Programs, clinics & leagues

Programs set their own cancellation window, because a six-week clinic and a drop-in round robin aren't the same commitment. Each program page states its policy next to the schedule — look for the line beginning “Free cancellation up to…” before you register.

Some programs are non-refundable once you register. Where that's the case the program page says so plainly, in the same spot.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership yourself at any time from your membership settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't refund the period you're currently in, and you keep your benefits until that period ends.

When we cancel

If Pickleland cancels — weather, a court issue, a coach out sick — you get a full refund regardless of timing, and we'll email you as soon as the call is made. You never lose money on a session we didn't run.
